A comprehensive summer reading program designed to increase your child’s comprehension and vocabulary will be offered at the Madison, CT Office.

The series will utilize both expository and narrative reading material in a small group setting that will teach comprehension strategies.

After an individual assessment, the student will be placed in an appropriate small group. Direct, explicit, small group instruction will help your child integrate tools necessary for reading comprehension. These tools will serve your child cross-curriculum throughout the remainder of his/her academic path.

Summer Writing Program

Fun – Interactive - Creative

The Learning Consultants Group, with a proven track record of success with its students, offers a mini summer writing seminar designed to improve your child’s writing skills at our Madison, CT office.

Students will learn how to approach different types of writing assignments and how to use a writing process effectively.

After attending this four-session program, your child will feel more confident about writing and be equipped to utilize strategic writing tools cross-curriculum as he/she progresses academically.

This seminar is designed for middle school and early high school students. Small group instruction will ensure that your child receives individual attention and feedback.
